Member Mingles

In addition to our lineup of virtual speakers, Royal City Quilters Guild also offers in-person social events we call Mingles. Dates vary.

Join us Saturday, September 21 as we welcome new and returning members to celebrate National Sew a Jelly Roll Day at our Community Mingle!!! Our FREE, fun-filled event will be held from 10 am until 3:30 pm at the spacious Community Living Guelph Wellington located at 8 Royal Road. Park in the north parking lot and look for the sign at the entrance.

Subsequent Mingles will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion located at 57 Watson Parkway in Guelph. These in-person events run from 10 am to 4:00 pm [Eastern] allowing time and space for plenty of in-person interactions.

Each Mingle provides in-person access to a variety of programs within the Guild including:

• community outreach projects; and
• Guild quilt racks so you can photograph large quilts for Show and Share.

RCQG members may also book a time slot during an upcoming Mingle to use our GO! Big Electric Fabric Cutter by Accuquilt. In addition to the cutter, we also own the following cutting dies:
